The MD, John Smart, was head of Technical Training for British Telecommunications plc. He was previously a Board Member, the Head of Business Psychology and Distance Learning for the British Telecom Management College. John has a Master's degree in Business Studies, is a Fellow of the Institute of Management and a member of the Institute of Directors. |

Bob Benbow was head of the unit responsible for BT's Management Development, Change Management and Project Management programmes. Bob studied engineering at Queen Mary College, London, and has been a practising manager and project manager for over 30 years. He is a member of the Association for Project Management. |

Zoltán Marozsán leads Kapability Hungary kft. His experience spans marketing and project management as well as network and systems management. He has led a number of important, sometime ground breaking, projects in communications and information technology for both private and governmental organisations. Zoltán started his career as a teacher and is an accredited teacher of mathematics, English Language and English Literature.
Zoltán has an enviable track record and wide experience within Hungary, where the economy is rapidly developing as the country and its people go through significant changes as full members of the EU. He is a leader in management and change issues relating to both people and the business processes. Zoltán has a depth of experience in the development of new and innovative uses for communications and information technologies which is truly enviable. |

Beverley Holbrooke is is our Programme Manager, with a wealth of experience in both people and process management. Recently, her career has been in Management Development, where she commands a considerable reputation as an effective facilitator and tutor. Currently, Bev manages BT Volunteers, which is a significant component of BT's Corporate Social Responsibility Programme. |

Steve Allen was head of the unit responsible for the design and delivery of the Total Quality Management training programme in BT. He studied telecommunication engineering at Matthew Boulton College, Birmingham. Steve has twenty five years experience of managing people, including 10 years of change management. He is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. |

Hugh Williams has spent the last ten years working in web design. He has designed and developed projects for corporate organisations, as well as projects for small companies and charitable organisations.
Hugh has designed successful e-commerce and e-learning websites as well as site which are a component part of a broader project Kapability is working on. For example, database driven sites that manage aspects of a large programme, bespoke CRM programmes and e-learning sites. |
